When his mom gave permission for him to fuck his sister I almost orgasmed.
And that’s saying something because neuropathy has robbed me of that.
Life’s a bitch & then you die.

I have neuropathy and as a result ED. Drugs won't help. I do however use several means to see that my wife is not left unsatisfied...
I think that the thing that hurt the most was Jackie's belligerence and unwillingness to listen.
Call me a wimp or whatever you want, I just don't like seeing people hurt... and yes, I KNOW it's just a story...
It seems to me like many authors forget what youth is truly y, or maybe I was unique & didn’t know it.
At 22 I lost my virginity to a beautiful redhesd. I was too embarrassed to tell her it was my first time so I blamed stopping for as quickly as I could change rubbers. When we were relaxing she said the second weasel a bit much. Again I didn’t tell her that it was my forth time & the first was about 5 seconds.
And I was surprised that she thought it was twice because I never got soft at all. I was determined and excited as hell.
But that was 55 years ago.
Now with $.65 generic tadalafil & neuropathy I can last for hours, but can’t ever have an organism.
Life’s not fair.

Loved the insert about the aide could only be being better if it came with a primer and pull cord.
Nonetheless, let me add some tangential advice.
Diabetes is profoundly misunderstood by most medical professionals. While you are on Wikipedia investigating sexual aides, try reading about the underlying mechanisms and biochemistry of diabetes. After a few hours, you will know more than your MD who basically just has a little play book on what drugs to give based on statistical analysis of symptom presentation. Type I have II different origins and I won't go into that, but I will suggest that you think about frequency of medication and detailed hour by hour blood sugar and changes based on particular food you consume. You (or your loved one) are not a statistic and you can become your own expert on one person's physiological system and know more than the doctor.
Ending this by noting that diabetes and MS and arthritis and other diseases involve inflammation which can (for many) be diminished through diet. (Cut out meat/dairy and keep fat low. Lose weight and add exercise. The neuropathy is caused or exasperated by something. Figure out what that is and the decline slows/stops/reverses.)
I can confidently say that healthy living leads to more sex! (You can still keep the wand too.)
