Antibiotics don't work on viruses. They never have. They only work on bacteria. One of the main reasons for superbugs developing a resistance to antibiotics, is morons insisting on having antibiotics prescribed for viral infections. Despite scientific advances, mother nature is continually finding new ways to remove the terminally stupid from the gene pool.

Flus and colds are caused by virus and cannot be treated with antibiotics. Sadly this common mistake has lead to overuse of antibiotics and subsequent development of resistant bacteria, which is a huge problem in modern medicine. Otherwise a lovely story, very sensual and happy.

Very good. I liked the science. Only one moment of bad science was when the doctor gave her antibiotics to prevent viral infection. Antibiotics only work on bacterial infections and do nothing against viruses. Otherwise, a pretty good story. Would like to know if the bad guys are eventually rooted out and stopped.
