As usual, a great story well worth a 5
Goodness, do all such folks have to be possessed of IQs lower than their age? How does this guy manage to dress himself?
Given all that family and friends dished out on him, I'm surprised that: (a) he hadn't been institutionalized; and (b) his revenge was so weak...poison ivy/oak for most folks, a few days of prednisone will handle that.
I guess that the dragon ladies are in for a somewhat rude awakening in the next chapter. SzélAnya does not recognise them. So who could they be? Cael will need to keep an eye on them. If they havent done something while Cael was saving the day. Again. Rachel will end up with ulcers. Buffy will blame her, you know it. Rikki is going to figure out a way to find out if Caels hype is a myth. Thank you for Ch. 34 but we need answers. Come on Ch.35!
Martin's life is so controlled he is becoming more desperate and possibly violent. But if Martin cannot find a way to free himself then his despair will lead to depression and thought of suicide. And if he doesn't suicide then the toll on his health from depression will become greater. Stress will lead to chronic illnesses, ulcers, and possible stroke. Then this story ends in tragedy with Martin's death.
Martin needs hope. He needs to find a way to either fight back or escape. He needs to believe that he can regain his freedom. Without hope for the future, Martin is lost.
