The story is true. If you think married people should have outside friends, you 're an idiot. Divorce or a hollow marriage just to pay the baggage of life will eat you up. My 45 yr marriage is every day pulling the same wagon to the same place. Thick and thin together. She had medical problems early in our marriage that she had to manage. Ulcerative colitis management for over 10 years then an ostomy to save her life. We both endured with love. Now I have undiagnosed dementia. Mild symptoms now but we both know what's potentially coming. Love between two committed people who love the Lord never end up in divorce court. We aren't perfect people but a committed marriage is a perfect way to live.

I haven't finished the story yet but will but just so you know Omeprazole is generic for Prilosec which no one would steal from a hospital as you can get it at the grocery store.

Quite a good story, some technical errors though. Ulcerative Colitis is a miserable disease, but if worst comes to the worst they remove your colon, you get an ileostomy with the Tesco solution. You get a bag for life. It can cause other immune system problems, I became nickel intolerant, so I can't have any steel product touching my skin. It's not as awful as Crohn's Disease, though, which can revisit multiple times. The stress of splitting up with his wife might have caused a relapse, stress is a big factor. A pronounced and considerable bout of stress was what most probably caused my UC.
I realise we are talking about fictional characters but wishing pancreatic cancer on anyone is very low. It progresses so quickly, few can be successfully treated. I unfortunately saw a YouTuber, Paul Harrell go from a strong man to dead in about a year. Brave enough to film his own obituary. RIP Paul.
